Couch Removal in the Campus District
Almost everyone in the Campus District rents, and when the lease ends, the futon from your first year doesn’t need to move with you. We take it out of the apartment at a price you see up front: a futon is $111, a loveseat $119. Roommates can split one booking.
Cleveland State and AsiaTown
AsiaTown began in the 1860s with Chinese railroad workers, centered on Rockwell Avenue and East 22nd Street by the 1920s, and took its current name in 2006. By 2016 its Night Market was drawing more than 4,000 people a night.
Cleveland State’s downtown campus sits right alongside. In ZIP 44115, only about 6% of homes are owner-occupied, which means a steady cycle of students and renters moving in and out.
